Payments & refunds

EFT payments, cancellations and refunds.

Paying

Pay by EFT using your unique payment reference. Upload proof or email it to finance@blueblack.co.za.

Verification

Payments are verified by our finance team against the bank statement. Tutors are appointed only after verification.

Cancellations

Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the start are not charged. Later cancellations, and learner no-shows, may be charged at 50% of the session value (configurable).

Refunds

Unused prepaid time may be refunded on request. Disputed amounts are held until the dispute is resolved.

Tutor payouts

Tutors are paid for confirmed sessions with a target of 7 days from completion, subject to verification and any open disputes.
