The service

Blueblack Learning Hub connects clients with independent, verified tutors and manages quotations, payment verification, session records and tutor payouts.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Learners under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for the period shown. Payment is by EFT using the payment reference on the quote. A tutor is appointed only after Blueblack verifies payment.

Sessions

Tutors record a logbook after each session. Clients confirm or dispute the logbook. Late cancellations may be charged as set out in the payment policy.

Conduct

Contact must remain on the platform. Tutors will not complete assessed work on a learner's behalf. Harassment, discrimination or unsafe behaviour leads to suspension.
